Methodology
How a requirement becomes a system.
A repeatable, evidence-driven method - from capturing intent to operating the system - where every step produces structured, traceable output.
The ten steps
Intent to operation, with nothing skipped.
- 01
Capture Intent
Business problem, desired outcomes, stakeholders and constraints are captured as structured intent - not as a slide deck.
- 02
Model Requirements
Requirements become first-class, addressable objects that can be traced downstream to components, resources and validation evidence.
- 03
Define Capabilities
Business capabilities are declared and mapped to requirements, forming the bridge between intent and architecture.
- 04
Compose Solution
Components, data, AI, infrastructure, identity and operations are composed into a single connected Enterprise Solution Model.
- 05
Validate Architecture
The Architecture Policy Engine checks the model against security, governance and architectural standards - surfacing gaps early.
- 06
Simulate Scenarios
The Simulation Engine tests failure and scale scenarios before implementation: component failure, region loss, 10× traffic, model outage.
- 07
Generate Blueprint
A production-oriented Enterprise Solution Blueprint is generated from the model - every view derived from one source of truth.
- 08
Approve & Version
Architecture decisions are recorded (ADR-style), the blueprint is versioned, and human approval is captured.
- 09
Compile with GoldenGate
The validated blueprint is handed to EagleSON GoldenGate - the downstream execution layer intended to compile it into a project.
- 10
Build → Test → Deploy → Operate
The solution is built, tested, deployed and operated - with observations flowing back to update the model.
Forward Deployed Engineering
A client engagement, from discovery to optimization.
Engagements can begin with discovery and assessment rather than forcing every client into an identical architecture - the method adapts to the client's constraints.
