Is this another diagramming tool?

No. A diagram is only one view generated from the underlying Enterprise Solution Model. The model - not the picture - is the source of truth, and the same model produces architecture, resource, data, security, cost and deployment views.

What is an Enterprise Solution Model?

The Enterprise Solution Model (ESM) is a machine-readable, structured representation of a complete enterprise solution: requirements, capabilities, components, data, AI, infrastructure, identity, security, governance, observability, cost, deployment and operations, connected as one model.

What is an Enterprise Solution Blueprint?

The blueprint is the human-readable, execution-oriented package generated from the ESM. It contains executive and detailed architecture, data and AI architecture, infrastructure, security, resource inventory, naming standards, environment and deployment strategy, cost model, validation, architecture decisions and a machine-readable build specification.

Is ESM limited to AWS?

No. ESM is provider-neutral. It supports AWS, Azure, GCP, on-premises and hybrid architectures, and the same logical solution can be mapped to different providers.

Can it model Azure and on-premises systems?

Yes. Existing systems, identity providers, data sources and on-premises components can be modeled alongside cloud services, including the connectivity between them.

Does it support GenAI and Agentic AI?

Yes. The model supports LLM gateways, model routing, RAG, embeddings, vector stores, agent orchestration, memory, tool use, guardrails, evaluation, human approval and AI observability, including agent identity and permissions.

Can it model data warehouses and BI systems?

Yes. It models ingestion, ELT/ETL, data quality, lakehouse and warehouse layers, data marts, the semantic layer and BI, along with data contracts, classification, lineage and ownership.

What is Solution DNA?

Solution DNA is the canonical architectural identity of a solution - its requirements, capabilities, architecture, components, data, AI, security, infrastructure, dependencies, policies, cost and operational characteristics. It lets solutions be versioned, compared, cloned, extended, migrated and optimized.

What is GoldenGate?

EagleSON GoldenGate is the downstream execution layer. It is designed to consume a validated Enterprise Solution Blueprint and generate the project. GoldenGate is downstream of the architecture model - the solution is modeled first, then compiled.

Does ESM generate production infrastructure?

ESM generates the architecture and a machine-readable build specification. GoldenGate is the intended downstream execution layer that turns that specification into an implementation. We distinguish current modeling capability from downstream automation.

Can an architect modify the generated architecture?

Yes. The architect remains in control. Architecture can be modified, alternatives compared and trade-offs recorded. The platform amplifies architectural reasoning rather than replacing it.

Can solutions be versioned?

Yes. The ESM and its blueprint are versioned, and architecture decisions are recorded ADR-style with alternatives and trade-offs.

Can architecture decisions be recorded?

Yes. Decisions, the alternatives considered, the trade-offs and their consequences are captured as part of the model so the reasoning is traceable, not lost.

Can the system detect architecture drift?

The architecture is designed to support desired-versus-actual comparison, which is the basis for drift detection as part of the closed-loop lifecycle.

Does the platform replace architects?

No. It amplifies architectural reasoning, validation and execution. The architect owns the decisions; the platform makes the model explicit, checkable and reusable.
